WWE have announced that Jeff Jarrett will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.
The former six-time Intercontinental champion and four-time WCW World champion will join Goldberg, the Dudley Boyz and Ivory in the 2018 class.
Jarrett last appeared for the WWF at No Mercy in 1999, losing the Intercontinental championship to Chyna. That show was also infamous due to Jarrett’s contract with the company expiring the night before, and the then-champion demanding a payoff before dropping the belt as scheduled.
Jarrett was in WCW from ’99 up until the WWF purchased it in 2001. Following that, Jarrett founded TNA.
