First Trailer for Jurassic World Sequel

The first trailer for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom has been released.

Returning to Isla Nublar, where dinosaurs have had free reign of things since Jurassic World closed and everyone abandoned it in the first movie, the impending eruption of a volcano on the island forces Owen Grady and Claire Dearing to return for a dino rescue mission. Cue lots of action-packed scenes of dinosaurs running and explosions.

Jeff Goldblum’s Dr Ian Malcolm also managed to squeeze in a nostalgic “Life finds a way” line…

Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard and B.D. Wong reprise their roles from the first movie, with Jeff Goldblum returning to the franchise for the first time since 1997’s The Lost World: Jurassic Park.

James Cromwell, Toby Jones, Justice Smith, Rafe Spall, Geraldine Chaplin, Ted Levine and Danielle Pineda also join the cast.

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom is due to be released on June 7 in the UK and June 22 in the US.
