Mauro Ranallo has sensationally announced that he has come to terms on a new deal with WWE – and is heading to NXT.
The former Smackdown announcer took to Instagram to make the shocking announcement. Ranallo previously confirmed his exit from the company, and has revealed that an agreement was in place for him to leave the company, however now a new deal has been agreed and Ranallo will now move to the ‘developmental’ brand.
THE NXT CHAPTER BEGINS! WWE and I mutually agreed to end my responsibilities on SmackDown having nothing to do with rumors about disputes. As I remained under contract with WWE, we discussed a variety of options. Despite originally agreeing to part ways, there was always a desire to continue working together. We have come to terms on a new agreement that benefits both WWE and me, and I am thrilled to announce I will now be part of the NXT broadcasting team.
The announcer has also revealed on Twitter that he will make his Full Sail debut at tomorrow night’s tapings;
I make my debut tomorrow. See you there! https://t.co/XZi6nVyCgx
