Seth Rollins Injured; WrestleMania Status Unknown

For the second year in a row, Seth Rollins’ participation at WrestleMania is up in the air.

After missing last year’s event – and with his heartbreaking reaction to having to watch the show from backstage shown on a WWE 24 special – it was believed that Rollins would face Triple H at this year’s show.

However, Rollins is now nursing an injury to his previously-injured knee following the angle on this past Monday’s Raw which saw Samoa Joe make his main roster debut. It is being speculated that Rollins may have torn his MCL which, if true, would see him on the shelf for around eight weeks. That would put him on course for a return right on WrestleMania time. It is doubtful that WWE officials would then book Seth to wrestle.

WWE have since announced that an update on Rollins’ immediate future will be forthcoming on this coming week’s episode of Raw.
