Brock Lesnar Retires from MMA

Brock Lesnar has informed UFC of his intention to retire from MMA.

A UFC spokesperson has told MMA Fighting that the WWE superstar has called it quits, though there has not yet been an official announcement.

Lesnar has also been removed from the USADA drug-testing pool, which also means he is no longer an official member of the UFC roster.

Lesnar is currently serving a USADA suspension for his drug test failures last year. His retirement now means that his suspension is frozen, and should he return to MMA in future, he would need to serve the remaining five months of his suspension before he could compete.
