Supergirl Is Coming To LEGO Dimensions

With just over a month until LEGO Dimensions series 2 hits the shelves, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has revealed that another DC Comics character is joining the ever growing roster, Supergirl is coming.

Announcing the news at Gamescom, Warner revealed that starting in late September, LEGO Dimensions Starter Packs for the PlayStation 4 will include an exclusive Supergirl minifigure for a limited time. Much like her super cousin who already features in the game, the highly collectable Supergirl LEGO minifigure has many extraordinary in-game abilities to help solve puzzles and battle enemies, including Super Strength, Flying, X-Ray Vision, and Beam Attacks which enable her to shoot heat beams out of her eyes.  She can also transform into Supergirl Girl Red Lantern with additional abilities such as firing powerful Red Lantern energy bolts and energy beams from the Red Lantern Ring and forming Red Lantern Energy Constructs.

While this may be disappointing for those who already own the starter pack or Xbox players, Supergirl will be available as a “Hire-a-Hero” in the not-too-distant future. Don’t be surprised, however, if the Kryptonian is released as a separate pack later in the year.
