New Gotham Trading Cards Announced

Board game manufacturer Cryptozoic Entertainment have unveiled the newest addition to their trading card subsect. In partnership with Warner Bros. Consumer Products, the company will be releasing a new range of collectible cards based on the first season of Gotham. 

Gotham is a crime television series by The Mentalist’s Bruno Heller, and is based on characters and events connected to the DC universe. The new cards will feature numerous ‘episodic images’ taken from the show, with chase sets offering character bios, quotes and even a villains pack.

Standard packs will contain five cards, with the base set containing 72 images from Season 1. Further inserts will also be available, containing autograph, wardrobe and dual-wardrobe cards. And for those with a preference for organisation, a 3-ring binder will appear alongside the sets, containing an exclusive Fish Mooney Wardrobe Card.

Gotham first aired in September 2014, and was quickly renewed for a second season in early 2015. Season 3 is set to premiere on FOX on September 19 2016. Some new character images for the upcoming series were recently shared, which you can find here.
