Evil Dead 2 Ultimate Ash Coming From NECA This September

Toy manufacturer NECA have confirmed that an action figure of Ash from cult classic Evil Dead 2 is coming later this year. The figure is part of the company’s Ultimate line, and includes all-new features such as articulated legs and a slew of accessories.

Inspired by Sam Raimi’s 1987 comedic horror, the figure features a likeness to Bruce Campbell, who played the film’s crazed protagonist, Ash Williams. According to NECA’s official site, the figure will be “the definitive collector’s version of Ash,” and comes with fully-articulated legs, two interchangeable heads and interchangeable right forearms.

As for accessories, Ultimate Ash will arrive with his severed right hand, Necronomicon, a tape recording machine, shotgun and an axe, as well as the head of his late girlfriend, Sheila.

Some pictures of the upcoming action figure were also shared by NECA, which you can see below.

Boasting “over 25 points of articulation,” Ash is fully poseable, and will come in his own collector’s ‘window box’, complete with an opening flap for display purposes.

The company haven’t released a specific release date yet, but have revealed on the online product page that it’ll arrive sometime in September 2016, so fans won’t have to wait too long to get their hands on
