Seth Grahame-Smith has departed the big-screen version of The Flash.
The Hollywood Reporter is claiming that the director has walked away from the production, citing “creative differences” – usually code for “there is a lot more to this story than this”.
The movie would have been Grahame-Smith’s directorial debut, though his script will remain for a new director to work from.
Ezra Miller is on board as Barry Allen/Flash, and made a cameo in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
The Flash is due for release on 16 March 2018.
