Electronic Arts and Respawn Entertainment have released the first teaser trailer for Titanfall 2.
The game’s unveiling will take place on June 12, when EA Play – the replacement for E3 – kicks off proceedings. A spinoff game from the main title is due to hit mobile devices later this year, coming from Particle City.
The original Titanfall was released back in 2014, but only on Xbox. It was later confirmed that the sequel would be available across different platforms. Staffers at Respawn have hinted that that the game’s single-player campaign will be more substantial and have a much more varied choice of weapons.
Titanfall 2 will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC. A release date has yet to be announced, but speculation is that it will arrive later this year.
