Succeeding its end-of-February launch, Stardew Valley has sold over a million units (via. GameSpot). According to an email sent to Polygon by developer Chucklefish Games, the top-down farming simulator has sold 1,007,000 copies so far, and currently ranks just below H1Z1: King of the Hill, Ark: Survival of the Fittest and Sven Co-Op on SteamSpy.
Developer Eric ‘ConcernedApe’ Barone has said he intends to add co-op play to the game, and that there are still secrets within Stardew’s pixelated folds that have yet to be found, as was suggested in an interview with PC Gamer.
