Sony Pictures have confirmed that the upcoming Spider-Man reboot will be titled Spider-Man: Homecoming.
Speaking at CinemaCon in Las Vegas, Sony chairman Tom Rothman said the title is referencing the high-school-aged star, as well as helping tell the story of how “Peter Parker is trying to find his way home.”
Marvel also confirmed the titling on Twitter.

A small section of footage was also shown, with Tom Holland arriving home to find his Aunt May talking with none other than Tony Stark, played by Robert Downey Jr. His appearance in the movie was expected following quotes last week from Marvel head Kevin Feige which hinted at other Avengers making their way into the reboot;
“Spider-Man is in the universe now, and the fun of the universe is that characters go back and forth.”
Holland will make his MCU debut in Captain America: Civil War.
