New Five Nights at Freddy’s Game Teased

Scott Cawthon, the creator behind Five Nights at Freddy’s, has updated his website, teasing what looks like the next game in the horror-survival series (via. GameSpot).

The site includes FNaF’s title above the words ‘Sister Location’, suggesting that this game could be a spin-off. The cryptic teaser also carries a tagline, stating “There was never just one.”

Following this, it could be that this new title is set somewhere new, rather than in the grungy security office of previous entries. An eery, mechanical face is also illuminated in the background, which may also imply that a new character character could be introduced.

Five Nights at Freddy’s first released in August 2014 on PC, and has since seen an iOS launch. Three more games were produced after this, whilst cutesy RPG spinoff Five Nights at Freddy’s World was pulled from sale shortly after release following complaints that the game felt unfinished.
