Marvel’s Luke Cage Teaser Debuts Online

With the newest season of Daredevil now available to watch, fans of the chaotic Hell’s Kitchen may have still more to look forward to, as the second finale of the Charlie Cox-starring Netflix series features a brief glimpse of Marvel’s next Defenders series, Luke Cage.

Lasting 24 seconds, the clip shows the hefty superhero taking a flurry of bullets whilst proclaiming, “I guess you guys haven’t heard about me?”

The series will star Jessica Jones’ Mike Colter, and will hit Netflix on September 30 (via. GameSpot). It will be the third Netflix series surrounding Marvel’s dark world. Daredevil began in April last year, while Jessica Jones followed in November. The second season of Daredevil was recently made available on March 18.

Luke Cage certainly won’t be the last Netflix Marvel affair either, as the company was reported to also have a series revolving around Iron Fist, starring Game of Thrones’ Finn Jones in the titular role.

Charlie is a platforming romantic from England, that still speaks in a fashion that died with the Elizabethan era. Having been gaming since the days of Crash Bandicoot, he champions the Playstation, and is only a little bit embarassed that Super Mario Land keeps spelling his defeat.
