Take to Bikini Bottom in Little Big Planet 3’s Spongebob DLC

“Are you ready kids?”

An expansion for Little Big Planet 3 was recently released by Sony, having drawn inspiration from beloved Nickelodeon show Spongebob Squarepants (via. Polygon).

According to the PlayStation Blog, the DLC features several levels that take place in a Media Molecule-ised Bikini Bottom, and includes a range of costumes based on the show’s subnautical citizens. Sackboy can flaunt it as Patrick, Squidward, Sandy, Plankton or even Gary the Snail. Not forgetting the diligent sponge himself, of course.

The costumes can be purchased individually, or can be bought in a pack including SpongeBob, Patrick, Mr. Krabs, Gary and Plankton for $5.99 (or £4.99). The level kit, including Spongebob level design tools as well as Sandy and Squidward costumes is available for $4.99 (£3.99).
