Jacqueline is to be inducted into the 2016 WWE Hall of Fame.
A former Womens champion, the Texas native got her start in Dallas, before moving onto Memphis and Japan and then breaking onto the national scene in WCW. She was paired with Kevin Sullivan and found herself becoming more physically-involved in Sullivan’s matches.
A move to the WWF came in 1998, where she joined forces with Marc Mero in his personal rivalry with Sable. This led to Jackie winning her first Womens championship following its reinstatement. She won the belt a second time two years later.
Outside of the ring, Jacqueline was a trainer and mentor on the first season of WWF Tough Enough. She would later return to the ring and actually won the Cruiserweight Championship from Jamie Noble in 2004. After she dropped the title back to Noble, she was released from the company.
No word yet on who will induct Jackie into the Hall of Fame.
