Day of the Tentacle Remastered PC Release Date Confirmed

Day of the Tentacle Remastered will launch for PC on March 22, according to online distributor GoG. The retailer is offering an exclusive pre-order deal, it was announced by Double Fine producer Tim Schafer. Those who pre-order the GoG version will get 10 percent off on the game, as well as some bonus wallpapers. This PC version is also said to be DRM-free.

“The art looks incredible, but we also maintained the old art and you can play either way that you want, with the old or new art, and the old art with the new interface.” says Schafer in the video, “You can listen to all the developer commentary we added, and you can look at the concept art, and we took away all the compression, and it’s just great. It’s crazy.”

Day of the Tentacle Remastered is also set for launch on PS Vita and PlayStation 4 in March 2016, although an official date has not yet been confirmed.
