Resident Evil 4 Coming to Wii U

After missing out on Resident Evil HD Remaster and Resident Evil Zero HD, Capcom has finally decided to throw a bone towards Wii U’s players by releasing Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition on the Nintendo Eshop. This is good for fans of survival horror, who haven’t exactly been getting a great deal from the genre on their Wii Us – no shortage of platformers… and you don’t see many scary platformers out there.

Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition is the tenth port of the classic Gamecube survival horror game, with the added bonus of using the Wii’s motion controls for aiming and solving puzzles. This also confirms my theory that Capcom is trying to dethrone Tetris as being the most ported game in video game history.

Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition will be available for American and Canadian Wii U owners on February 4th, and will more than likely be $20.99 (much like most other Wii re-releases).

He's kinda weird like that. Currently obsessing over Super Mario Maker, and Dragon Age Inquisition. He also likes to refer to himself in the third person, and runs a small Youtube channel where he reviews anime and stuffs!
