Open Beta Announced for Tom Clancy’s The Division

Ubisoft has just announced that Tom Clancy’s The Division will have its Open Beta later this month.

The beta will be available from February 19 to February 21 on PlayStation 4, with PC and Xbox One players having the opportunity to enjoy an exclusive access on February 18, including all the content featured in the closed beta as well as a brand new story mission.

Ubisoft recently revealed a new trailer (see below) which shows us the different enemy factions on the game, including The Rioters, a group of people that lives by the concept of “every man for himself”; The Rikers, a group of criminals who escaped from Rikers Jail and are motivated to become the kings of the streets; The Cleaners, a group of survivors who want to wipe out the disease from New York by burning everything; Last Man Battalion, a militaristic group who intends to restore order on New York by destroying the resistance and finally The Division, a resistance group moved by the idea of saving the remains of New York.

The Division will launch on March 8 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. Pre-orders will receive a Hazmat Gear Set, which increases the player’s resistance to exotic damages and a custom skinned P416 Assault Rifle.
