SPECTRE Becomes Top UK Film of 2015

After only two weeks of release, James Bond’s latest outing has become the top-grossing film in the UK for 2015.

SPECTRE – the 24th 007 big-screen feature – has now passed £100 million, overtaking the previous best of £99.7 million, set by Jurassic World earlier this year.

The movie has now passed $500 million worldwide, with $130 million coming from the US, while the film had a record-breaking opening in China this weekend. It had the biggest opening weekend of all-time for a 2D US film, the largest opening three days in history for any 2D US film, as well as the biggest Friday opening for any 2D US film of all-time.
