Mark Ruffalo has confirmed his upcoming appearance in Thor: Ragnarok, as well as expressed a desire to see his two Marvel characters come face-to-face.
It was previously reported that Ruffalo’s alter-egos Bruce Banner and The Hulk would appear in the third Thor outing, and while no official word has yet to come from Marvel, Ruffalo has told the Huffington Post;
“I play Dr. Bruce Banner, and occasionally I turn into a big green, mean monster.”
He went on to give an indication of what he would like to see from the character.
“I am excited to keep coming back to this role. I see a lot of space for it to grow. I feel like there’s a lot of cool stuff to explore still, especially the relationship between Banner and Hulk. Hopefully, we’ll see the two of them in a scene together. That would be cool!”
Thor: Ragnarok will commence production in Australia next June, and is due for release on 3 November 2017.
