It’s Finally Here: Deadpool Trailer Officially Released

*It goes without saying that the main trailer included here contains strong language and is not suitable for all ages. We have included the green band trailer – with some rather hilarious post-trailer comments from the man himself – further down.*

Three weeks after wowing Hall H at San Diego Comic-Con, the trailer for Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool has gone live.

Featuring more NSFW action, language and humour than most of today’s superhero movies put together, the trailer tells the story of Wade Wilson, a former Special Forces operative being told he has cancer in several places. Approached by a shady organisation offering a chance to live and become something better, he undergoes an experimental procedure that leaves him permanently scarred, but with extraordinary healing abilities.

Now armed with these new abilities – combined with an existing wicked sense of humour – Wilson targets the bad guys en route to tracking down the man behind the shady organisation.

Deadpool Poster

Also starring Ed Skrein, T.J. Miller, Gina Carano, Morena Baccarin and Brianna Hildebrand, Deadpool will release in the UK on 4 February.
