Mark Ruffalo Hints that Hulk Will Be in Civil War

Just when you thought that Marvel couldn’t possibly cram any more actors into Captain America: Civil War, one of the two remaining Avengers stars not yet cast in the movie has seemingly implied that will now in fact be joining the party.

Mark Ruffalo – who was last seen in Age of Ultron flying solo in a Quinjet – has posted on his Tumblr account linking to Marvel’s announcement that the Cap sequel had started pre-production, along with the words “Welcome to the wild party! Looking forward to this amazing cast.”

That would certainly appear to suggest that we will also get to see what side of the superhero face-off Hulk will be taking when Cap and Iron Man clash.

Civil War has so far cast Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Frank Grillo, Paul Bettany, Jeremy Renner, Don Cheadle, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Rudd, Chadwick Boseman, Emily VanCamp, Daniel Brühl, William Hurt, and Martin Freeman.

  1. Worried there’s just too many characters. It’s another Avengers, not a Cap film :/

  2. It’s been already been deemed as avengers 2.5 but let’s face it, cap’ has a huge role in Civil War for the obvious.
