Robin Williams’ Cause of Death Confirmed

Robin Williams’ cause of death has been officially confirmed as asphyxiation.

Keith Boyd, the assistant chief deputy coroner of Marin County, confirmed what was reported when news broke of the actor’s tragic death.

Williams was found dead at around noon on Monday (August 12) by his personal assistant, at his home in Tiburin, California. The Oscar winner had been seeking treatment for depression.
