Gamescom 2014: The Sims 4 Create a Sim Demo

The Sims 4 is on it’s way to release not too far from now (next month in fact) and EA are making sure we’re all aware by giving the game that last big push during their gamescom presentation.

Along with releasing a new trailer that shows off the new Sim creation system, a live demonstration was performed on stage during the live stream. It started with the guys on stage creating their version of EA COO Peter Moore to show of face and body types, they then showed off traits and a walk style.

Build mode was also presented on stage, showing how a Sim’s house is built and introducing a new feature. As well as moving items around, players will have the option to move an entire house should they need to. Another feature shown off was the ability to browse creations from other players in a gallery and then bring them into your own game, the biggest example of which was a football stadium sized house being imported.

The Sim creator demo is available right now and any Sim created will be able to go straight into your game when The Sims 4 launches on the 4th September for PC.
