Very early on during Nintendo’s Pre-Wii U hype train showed us a sequel to to the third-person action title Bayonetta. Making a playable appearance in various events following, we’ve not really heard much lately of the super hair powered witch. During Nintendo’s E3 presentation however, we’ve had some more light shed on Bayonetta 2.
Staying as a Wii U Exclusive, Bayonetta 2 looks to follow straight from its predecessor – with some new twists. A new gameplay element called ‘Umbran Climax’ gives the titular character stronger attacks, more demons and weaves.
In addition to the new trailer, we saw a hint of new DLC for the original Bayonetta; giving new skins and quests linked to the whole world of Nintendo.
Bayonetta 2 is set to arrive Summer 2014 on Wii U, with the new features for the original (which will be bundled with its sequel) later this year.
