Stan Lee talks BatFleck, and Marvel’s plans for future films

Stan Lee has given his backing to Ben Affleck as Batman.

Affleck was controversially picked to don the cape and cowl last month, starring alongside Henry Cavillin the Man of Steel sequel, setting off an online explosion of people expressing their disapproval of the decision, as well as petitions to get Affleck removed from the role.

And Lee, talking to TooFab, offered his thoughts on Affleck.

“He’s a good actor and I wish him all the luck in the world. He’ll probably do a good job as Batman.”

Lee also revealed that Black Panther and Doctor Strange will soon be coming to the big-screen, something that has been rumoured.

  1. Sounds a bit like he doesnt really care. “Backing” seems a strong word for a something with “good” not great and “probably” not definitely.
