Russell Crowe has taken to Twitter to answer Superman fanboys about returning to Krypton for a prequel.
Crowe was last seen as Jor’El, Superman’s biological father, in this summer’s blockbuster Man Of Steel and ever since the success at the box-office many fans has been speculating about potential sequels and spin-offs.
The Man Of Steel opening sequence on Krypton has become one of the most talked about parts of the film and the possibility of a more in-depth look at the relationship between Jor’El and General Zod on Kypton is definitely something that many would be keen to see.
A lot of you are asking about a KRYPTON prequel, if that’s something you feel strongly about let @Legendary pictures know your thoughts

Whilst replying to one fans reaction to this tweet Crowe went on to say “if it came up, i’d give the tights another go”.
I for one am always cautious when it comes to prequels, George Lucas is the reason for that, but the idea of a film set in the alien landscape we got but a ten minute glimpse of is something that does have potential, if done correctly. Of course super powers would be at their minimum but as Man of Steel showed us, Kypton has the tech to keep us intrigued.
As always we want to hear your thoughts so get in touch. Are you a Superman fanboy in dire need of more? Would you go and see this film?
