WWE star Jack Swagger was earlier today found guilty of DUI and speeding.
At a court in Gulfport, Mississippi, Swagger – real name Jack Hager – was sentenced to two days in jail, a $500 fine and all court costs.
Swagger’s attorney was able to get the jail term suspended, which means he will not actually have to serve the time. The judge presiding over the case also dismissed a charge of possession of marijuana. It is believed that Swagger was seen using the drug before being arrested.
The city prosecutor Kirk Clark had been pushing for Swagger to receive the maximum punishment of two days in jail and for him to complete victim-impact classes.
