Injustice: Gods Among Us DLC Rumour

Could the ‘Scourge o’ the Cosmos’ be coming to Injustice: Gods Among Us? According to the below allegedly leaked DLC promo art he is.

For those of you who don’t know who the following character is, that’s DC Comic’s Alien Interstellar Mercenary and Bounty Hunter Lobo. Originality created as an over-the-top answer to Marvel’s Wolverine, Lobo usually makes his way into other titular characters books (Such as Green Lantern and Omega Men) and while not considered a massive star like his JLA counterparts, is considered a cult success (Even being named by Stan Lee as his favorite DC character). Perhaps his biggest moment is his battle against the very hero he was based on Wolverine in the not so great DC vs. Marvel cross over series, which he lost thanks to a fan voting system.

Well that should be you up to date with ‘The Main Man’ himself, so lets take a look at that image:

injustice Gods Among Us Lobo

Yes he looks a little like Brütal Legend’s Eddie Riggs, but to any DC fan-boy, that is a pretty spot on looking Lobo.

According to SRK, the image was supposed to be revealed officially after  last nights Injustice Battle Arena finale, but unfortunately this had been postponed after the tragic events that had taken place in Boston.

Lobo is one of the more interesting characters to come out of DC and should make a great edition to the roster (After all, it’s not like we’re getting a Lobo movie anymore).
