Pikachu

Last night Nintendo of America sent out an image via their official Twitter account teasing some “exciting news” for Pikachu fans would be unveiled today. Looking at the image led many to believe that the yellow Pikachu themed 3DS XL would be heading to North American retailers.

Well the time is now and Nintendo have come forward to reveal that yes the Pikachu yellow edition of the 3DS XL is coming to America. As the title indicates, this 3DS XL model stands out as its bright yellow and has a massive picture of Pikachu’s face on it.This edition of the handheld originally came to Japan (obviously), shortly followed by European stores back in December.
