Double Fine’s Kickstarter title now revealed

Broken Age HeadDouble Fine’s new adventure title that started the whole Kickstarter popularity trend has finally been revealed, it’s name? Broken Age.

The game is a a point and click adventure title that focuses on the story of a young boy and girl that are “leading parallel lives”.

 

Here’s the plot synopsis;

Broken Age is a point-and-click adventure telling the stories of a young boy and girl leading parallel lives. The girl has been chosen by her village to be sacrificed to a terrible monster–but she decides to fight back. Meanwhile, a boy on a spaceship is living a solitary life under the care of a motherly computer, but he wants to break free to lead adventures and do good in the world. Adventures ensue.

 

You can check out the the Official website for Broken Age where you’ll be able to pre-order the game; $15 orders will get you Beta access, while $30 will allow you the same perks as the Kickstarter backers.

Broken Age will be released to PC (both Windows & Linux),  Mac and also on Ouya as a console exclusive. No release date has been confirmed as yet.
