Justice League movie future hinging on Man of Steel’s success?

A release of a Justice League movie may depend on the box office success of Man of Steel.

A report on IGN claims that Warner Bros. will wait to see how Superman’s return to the big screen fares before pushing on with a JL feature.

Considering the lukewarm response to Superman Returns, this may be a wise move. Also, with Man of Steel expected to be presented in a ‘Nolan Batman’-style darker tone, and a Justice League movie expected to be more ‘comic book-y’, response and reaction to Man of Steel could well impact the Justice League film, in either presentation form or the actual production of it.
